What you can do now

If you would like to check us out and see if we can help you, get in touch.

Talk to one of our friendly team, they will take some basic details and can arrange an appointment for you to see a youth friendly counsellor. The first meeting generally goes for about an hour. They will talk with you about where you are at and anything that is bothering you and support you with wherever you are at right now.

If you are under 14 we will need to talk to a parent or guardian to get their consent.

All services are free and confidential.

A Medicare card is not required.

While sdecc encourages you to make contact  we also accept referrals, with your permission, from services you might be linked with, including community health services, a health care professional or a school.
